Sigrid Glucose Stabilizer

SIGRID wanted to launch the e-commerce for the GLP-1 alternative “Glucose Stabilizer” in the US. After failed initial tests working in-house and with local agencies, we agreed to do a two-month sprint to reach profitable marketing.
I started by analysing how the product brought value to users. It turned out it could bring different value depending on the individual: everything from weight loss to blood-sugar control to helping prevent diabetes.
After the initial analysis I decided to go with Meta and Google Ads and test communication for the different angles.
First we built new landing pages as the foundation for the different value propositions. Then we launched Meta ads with clear statics and UGC, targeting the various use cases. On Google we created ad sets with keywords and ads for each angle.
After two weeks we found one angle that outperformed. We doubled down. A month later we were in the green on spend.
I could happily hand over the accounts as the foundation for Sigrid’s future growth.
